Bathurst Plumbing & Gas fitting

Emergency plumbing and gas fitting across Orange draws consistent praise for speed, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning burst pipes, failed hot water systems and heating breakdowns resolved the same day. A handful of customers describe Lee attending late-night call-outs, making the situation safe and returning the next morning to finish the repair properly. The team is widely described as professional, friendly and polite, with Brooke and Michael named alongside Lee for their helpful manner on site.

Clear explanations during jobs form a common thread, including accurate advice about a substantial upcoming project so it would be completed correctly. Accounts highlight installing a Thermann gas continuous-flow water heater, replacing a gas stovetop with careful capping and leak testing, fitting a macerator toilet to convert a garage into a functional office, sourcing a high-pressure valve for a motorhome, and repairing roofing and a leaking tap.

Efficiency stands out, including a water heater swapped within hours of the first call, and work is left tidy with no mess behind. Customers note thorough safety checks before the crew departs and value being kept informed throughout. The same dedicated team handles emergencies and planned upgrades, and many reviewers say they would engage the business again for plumbing and gas fitting work.

Fantastic service. Called for assitance and they came to my place the next day. All work done was explained well and the problem fixed.

Prompt and accurate information on my plumbing system. Even though it will be a big job but it will be done correctly and hopefully no issues in the future. Lee and Michael, polite and friendly, I will recommend that’s for sure.

The guys at Bathurst Plumbing were fantastic! Our heating system stopped working and they were able to come the same day I called. They were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our heating got back up and running quickly. Will be using again

I highly recommend Bathurst Plumbing and Gasfitting Pty Ltd for their prompt and professional service. Following my email request for servicing of my gas heater, they responded within 20 minutes to obtain my contact details. A technician arrived 15 minutes later, conducted a thorough assessment, and advised that replacement was the most appropriate solution due to the heater’s age, the unavailability of parts, and its failure to restart. I would not hesitate to engage Bathurst Plumbing and Gasfitting Pty Ltd to install my new gas heater.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had our old gas stovetop removed and a new one installed. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was safely capped and tested for leaks before leaving. Highly recommend them for any appliance swaps!
