What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Electrical work, home automation and hot water system supply feature across the feedback for this Hervey Bay operation, and the theme that recurs is dependability. Michael, who appears by name in numerous accounts, is repeatedly described as turning up when promised, working efficiently and dealing with customers politely. Reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, whether power was being run to a back garage or lighting, fans and power points were being refreshed throughout a home, and several note that work areas were left clean afterwards.

Communication before and after the job is a point that comes up often, with customers finding problems easy to discuss and advice given honestly rather than pushed. Pricing is consistently characterised as fair and reasonable for the standard delivered. A readiness to fit around existing arrangements and accommodate extra requests also draws favourable comment, as does the speed with which jobs were completed. The service is described as professional, pleasant and easy to organise, and a number of clients state they would engage Michael again for electrical or hot water work.
