BDP Plumbing

Reliable, well-executed plumbing under Blake's direction is the theme running through feedback for this Maitland business. A number of customers describe him as a strong communicator who keeps people informed from the first enquiry, confirms arrival times and follows up as promised once a job is finished. Reviewers frequently point to the standard of completed work, from clearing a blocked sewer line and tracing and repairing a concealed pipe leak in a single visit to fitting an electric hot water unit and setting up a water tank.

Fair, honest pricing and realistic quoting come up often, as does the care taken to leave the property neat, with one customer noting he worked around pavers being laid during a tank installation. Blake is also credited with sound advice on renovation options and with coordinating associated trades.

Named staff such as Mike, described as a capable apprentice, and Sam win praise for their respectful and courteous manner. Customers describe the team as friendly and easy to deal with, quick to assess a problem and thorough in finishing it. Drainage work, including stormwater issues, and pool installation support feature among the jobs mentioned. The recurring picture is of a tradesman who turns up when he says he will and delivers careful, well-priced work.

Great service which came on the Monday after I flagged the leak on a Sunday. Blake was professional and polite and organised detecting my underground pipe leak then fixing it the same day. I highly recommend.

Blake was the only plumber to get back to me and show up for a quote about my storm drainage issue. He did a break job, was very respectful and polite and would recommend him for any plumbing work.

Blake at BPD made the job of completing our pool install a breeze. Great communication. Great work and Sam who did the job was awesome. Thank you!!

Blake, Sam and the team at BDP Plumbing are awesome. Always available, always prompt, very respectful and constant communication is great and the work is first rate. Highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome. Texted them at 6:30am and by later the same morning they had the job done. Great communicators, on time and I’d definitely recommend.

Fast response to my enquiry, very competitive pricing and excellent communication. He went above and beyond with water tank installation allowing for some new pavers be laid in between removal and replacement. Highly recommend and will be using BPD for all future plumbing needs.

THE BAD not happy water pressure it is crap, I could pee with more pressure and the hot water isn't hot enough. The new system cost twice as much but works half as good, it barely has enough water pressure for 1 person at a time let alone 2 this sucks my old system could handle this no prob. THE GOOD they were quick in what they did from quote to completion less than 24 hrs. all in all I can't say if it was equipment or the wrong system for our needs, I would not recommend the system we purchased it was meant to be a good system RHEEM 320lt it was $2750 installed not exactly a cheap system. The workmanship looked well done so I don't think that was the issue, but I can't say fore sure because before this new system I had great water pressure that was nice and hot and now I don't!! I got RHEEMED some how
