Brendan Coonan Plumbing & Gasfitting

We have used Brendan Coonan Plumbing & Gasfitting now several times since moving into our new place and we are very happy with the service. Always shows up when promised and delivers service with a smile. His team are pleasant and respectful and explain things in details when needed and solutions to difficult problems. Highly recommend. PS we absolutely love our new gas cooktop. Thanks again.

I asked the guys to replace all the our flex lines and add isolation taps to our internal fixtures (for insurance purposes). They turned up early, were very quick with the installation and double checked all connections for leakage. The guys were very thorough.

Would not recommend. I phoned Brendan to request attendance for toilet replacement and leak repair, after a minute or so he asked me to just text him the details as he was "under a house with his arms in sewerage". Fair enough I thought, so I sent a text with my contact details and summary of work, as soon as I hung up. Waited 5 days, no response. Texted again as I didn't want to call and interrupt him again, very polite "follow up" text. Still no response. I understand there are many reasons he might not want to take my job, but Brendan not even bothering to text "sorry I'm too busy right now" or even "thanks but no thanks" is just poor service. I'm glad I didn't engage him for any work if that's the level of service he offers, let alone try to follow up if there were any issues.

This week I had a leaking issue with toilet at my rented property. Real Estate promptly raised the job with Brendan Coonan who responded within two hours. Arrangement for service was for the next morning and Brendan attended at time advised, fixed the issue promptly and demonstrated respect and courtesy in abundance. I was very impressed with Brendan and his work and have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you, Brendan, for a job well done.

Extremely efficient and also incredibly respectful and kind. I was renting had a plumbing issue, the real estate was insisting I pay for it. I spoke to Brendan and he covered the cost of the invoice. It was a huge relief for me and it meant a lot to me. Thank you again

Brendan came and fixed my burst pipe at short notice. He did a great job replacing the broken pipe and was very helpful . Price was great also for a short notice emergency.
