Flash Flow Plumbing & Drainage Gold Coast

Drainage work, gas fitting and general plumbing across the Gold Coast feature repeatedly in feedback for this business, with Junior the staff member most often singled out by name. Customers describe him as arriving when promised and working through jobs quickly, including unblocking a sewer drain after hours and returning the following day to complete repairs, as well as fixing a leak found in a bathroom. Several reviewers describe clear explanations of the work before and after it was carried out, covering stormwater drainage, a tank water pumping system, a toilet replacement, a filter installation and shower heads that were found to be blocked.

A theme running through the feedback is the standard of the finished result and the tidiness of the site afterwards, with yards and work areas left clean once the job was done. A number of reviews mention that quotes were seen as fair and competitive for the work involved, and that no call-out charge applied to an after-hours attendance. Friendliness, honesty and a willingness to fit urgent work into a busy schedule are recurring themes, along with the ease of dealing with the team from the first contact through to completion.

great communication and quick service, Junior managed to squeeze us into his already busy schedule to check out a leak we found in our bathroom. He found the leak and fixed it on the spot.

Junior came to save the day! Had a filter installation I needed help with and he noticed the shower heads were plugged up which he fixed for all the bathrooms. Super happy with the friendly service and efficient work. I’ll definitely be calling them again for the next job.

Highly recommend Junior from Flash Flow Plumbing! He replaced our hot water system and made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and communicated with us every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and everything was left clean and tidy. On top of that, the pricing was fair and great value for the quality of service provided. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use Flash Flow Plumbing again in the future. Before and after photos attached. Thanks, Junior!

Had problems with gurgling sinks. After digging up drains found cracks and tree roots in the clay pipes. Had great service from Junior and Flash Flow. Great job, should last another 40 years. Liked getting a straight quote and not the usual call-out and charges every 15 minutes. He also replaced with new top soil and grass seed. He is also doing a great job at our sons in Marsden. Highly recommended

Junior was on time and competitively priced. His team completed the work at a high standard. He cleaned the site after which was unexpected. Highly recommend.

Flash Flow plumbing are amazing! We have used them twice. Yesterday, we reached out to them and received a message back on the same day. Today they attended and replaced two showerheads. Gave us high cost and low costing options. Were fast and efficient. Great, friendly team. We will always use them now. They’ve proven their reliability and professionalism. 10/10
