Gilmour Plumbing

Promptness and clear communication emerge as the qualities customers return to most often when describing this Bunbury plumbing firm. Several reviewers note that calls are answered quickly and that jobs are often scheduled within hours or the same day, with arrival times honoured. The team is repeatedly described as professional, respectful and tidy, explaining the fault before starting and keeping clients informed while work is under way, even when a household is away on holiday.

The scope of work covered in accounts includes burst and leaking mains, roof plumbing such as downpipes and flashings, blocked sinks, toilet replacement, faulty hot water units and a home water filtration system, with written quotes provided on the spot and appliances either repaired or replaced. Staff are singled out by name for their manner and workmanship, among them Ben K, Roger, Aaron, Braydon, Dean, Grant, Chloe, Shenae and Kim, whose scheduling and follow-up drew particular thanks. Customers describe pricing as fair for the effort involved, including unpleasant jobs, and note that problems are diagnosed properly and fixed so they stay fixed, with one roof repair holding through the next night of rain.

Prompt, professional service from the team at Gilmour Plumbing. Sunday afternoon pipe burst in my roof cavity. Gilmour Plumbing was on-site within the hour, explained why it happened and fixed it properly, installing new pipe the way it should've been done in the first place. I HIGHLY recommend Gilmour Plumbing! 👍

We had a roof plumbing issue and Kim scheduled us in within the week. Braydon, the Roof Plumber, was very professional and worked non-stop to fix the problem within a couple of hours. It rained last night and didn't leak so we are very happy customers. Would recommend Gilmour Plumbing 100%.

I recently had a water leak in the main line into the house. I rang Gilmour Plumbing and talked to Shenae about my problem. She very quickly arranged for a temporary repair to be undertaken so that we could get water back to to the house. Roger the young plumber arrived and quickly made the temporary repairs. Roger was back the next day and finalised the work. He operated in a quick and professional manner and was very pleasant to deal with. Shenae kept in contact during this time and like Roger was professional and understanding with me as a customer. I would highly recommend Gilmour Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Brayden and Dean did an outstanding job on our roof plumbing- fixing and leak and replacing downpipes. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out — they were punctual, communicated clearly about the scope of work, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Every join, flashing, and fitting was completed with real care, and it was obvious they take genuine pride in their workmanship. They worked methodically and left the site clean and tidy. What impressed us most was their commitment to getting the job done right. They didn't cut corners, and it's clear they hold themselves to a high standard. We now have complete confidence in the quality and durability of the work. Would happily recommend Brayden and Dean to anyone needing roof plumbing done properly. Thank you both for a fantastic job!

We had a main water line leak at the back of our property with water coming up through pavers. I rang Gilmour Plumbing and between Chloe and Grant the team were organised to come out and fix the leak within hours of my call. Aaron arrived and quickly identified the problem and had the leak repaired in no time. Great job team and special thanks to Aaron for doing a great job... Thanks Gilmour Plumbing
