Hales Plumbing & Roofing Rockhampton

Reliability and clear communication stand out as the themes that recur most across these accounts of Hales Plumbing & Roofing Rockhampton. Customers writing about their orders describe Shawn arriving promptly, in one case attending within twenty minutes of a burst pipe in a ceiling, and completing general plumbing such as a leaking shower and a toilet repair.

More than one review highlights Bree, who handled initial contact and saw projects through from quote to completion, including a re-roofing job on an ageing asbestos cement roof, new gutters installed in Mount Morgan, and replacement of a hot water system that was organised for the following day. A detail many reviews return to is how well the team explained options and offered advice, which customers without plumbing knowledge found particularly helpful.

Tidiness and care on site are noted, as is the willingness to return and fix after-service items without fuss, even when a rental property was unoccupied. Promptness, polite conduct and fair costs are described across a range of work that also takes in drainage, guttering maintenance and solar hot water supply. The impression left is of a local firm that follows through, with Bree and Shawn named most frequently in connection with the standard of service.

Had my roof replaced by Hales a few months ago. There were no dramas whatsoever, Bree and the team were professional and prompt throughout the whole process.

Hales expertly handled our complex re-roofing job (an 80+ year old asbestos cement roof); leaving us very satisfied with the finished work. Bree was outstanding and communicated with us through every step of the process. No question or request was too much trouble, from patiently explaining and modifying the quote all the way to making sure our dog was safe on the property while the roofers were on site. Most importantly, she treated our home like her own and gave us confidence that even as things went slightly awry (as was to be expected with a job like this!), she had it in hand. Lots of contractors would have given us a quality new roof, but nobody else has a 'Bree' at the helm smoothing everything along the way - a big point of difference for us! Thanks Bree and the Hales team.

Bree and the team installed new gutters at our property in Mount Morgan. There were a few issues during the project, which can happen, especially as it is a rental property and we were not living there at the time. The most important thing is that Bree addressed all the issues and followed through, including fixing after service items without any hassle. That level of responsibility and communication really stood out. Overall, I appreciate the way everything was handled and happy with the final outcome.

So incredibly grateful to Shawn for dropping everything and attending my property within 20 mins of a water pipe bursting in my ceiling! Had previously used Hales Plumbing for some general roofing/guttering maintenance and was happy with the work. But they really came through for me in this emergency situation! Thanks to Bree for taking my call and organising the guys to attend! Highly recommend!

Got to love a local business in a busy industry who arrives quickly. Thanks for the help when we had a bad water leak!

Shawn and Bree were very responsive to our needs. The job was done quickly and to a high standard.
