Friend had a terrible experience, bad workmanship and the Guarantee did not cover copper pipes. These were not excluded in the terms and conditions document received at installation. Daiken will not cover warranty if any problems due to poor workmanship. Will have to go to VCAT to get satisfaction. I certainly would not trust these tradesman!

The folk at Holloway air and electrical were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The team installing the air con were efficient, professional, polite and respectful. All went really smoothly in spite of one small hiccup, but a solution was found quickly to everyones satisfaction. There was no mucking around, they just got on with the job. Well done all. Recently had a split system with two heads by Holloway. From the very start the office manager Carla was so switched on and prompt. Once the job was in the system the process was very fast.
