The team installed iStore270 in my house, the installation was smooth and the team was great to deal with, After a while we noticed the hot water pressure dropped, and it was out of guarantee, but the team happily replaced the pressure valve as a good gesture! it was truly beyond our expectation, thank you I definitely recommend them.

One of the most incompetent and careless businesses I have ever dealt with. What should have been a simple purchase and installation of one system turned into a complete mess. I had to call their office three separate times just to correct my receipt because they kept making basic errors. First the wrong model was written, then the wrong price, then the description of the work was incorrect and the totals were wrong as well. The level of disorganisation is unbelievable. Even more concerning was the breach of privacy. On two different occasions they emailed me receipts that belonged to other customers, including their names, addresses and contact details. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and data handling. To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a natural gas system and my receipt clearly stated natural gas. Yet they delivered and installed an LPG system instead. Because of their mistake I then had to wait again for the correct system to be replaced. All of this chaos happened during the purchase of just one system. It honestly makes you question how this business is being run. If these were my employees, they would not last long. The carelessness and lack of accountability is shocking. Either the owner has no idea what is happening in their business, or they do and are choosing to ignore it. Both are equally concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend people look elsewhere.

I required a new hot water tank. IHW suggested three options. After agreeing on a Rheem the new tank was installed very professionally. I would recommend IHW to anyone requiring a new hot water tank.
