JML Plumbing & Gas Canberra

Split system replacement, gas heater servicing, gas cooktop installation, air conditioning repairs and leaking toilet fixes feature among the work Canberra customers describe. The recurring thread across these accounts is punctuality and clear communication: technicians arrive when promised, often early, and several reviewers note being kept informed by text and telephone from the first call through to completion. Named staff including Jamie, Ryan, Trevor, Brody, Jack and Harry are repeatedly singled out for friendliness and for explaining faults and repairs as they go, with one customer particularly appreciative of advice on cleaning a heater filter and operating the unit.

Quoting draws consistent praise, with customers describing prompt quotes and same-day booking and completion once accepted. Tidiness and efficiency are noted often, as is value for money, with one reviewer expressing satisfaction at the cost of a toilet repair. A further theme is the care taken to test work before leaving and to retest after fixing faults. Air conditioning diagnosis and installation recur, alongside gas appliance work and general plumbing repairs, and the courtesy shown to elderly household members is mentioned.

Technician Jack was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly addressed the issue with our drain. Left our property very tidy. Highly recommend.

Thank you for all your hard work. Your support, dedication, and positive attitude are greatly appreciated🙏 I strongly recommend Brody,Jack and Harry🙌. Their skills, commitment, and positive attitude make them a valuable asset to any team.

Bought a new gas cooktop from appliances warehouse & they only install in Sydney. Word of mouth referral local service. JML brilliant customer service from 1st call to job completed. Very happy

I would like to thank Brad for a job well done yesterday. He fixed the root of the problem rather than a Band-Aid solution. He made an unhappy customer into a very happy customer. Thank you Brad!

Great service by JML. Had a great technician; on time, respectful and friendly. Talked me through everything he was doing and fixed the issues and retested before leaving. Great experience all round, would recommend.

I had my split system replaced and I’m very happy with the entire process. From start to finish they were very professional, polite and courteous. I’m very happy with the result and the guidance through the whole process. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I had my gas heater serviced by JML Plumbing & Gas recently and very happy with the service. Heater is going very well following the service and the house is much warmer. The technician also gave me some valuable advice on cleaning the filter and heater operation.
