Plunging into the Abyss. No stars would be my score if it was allowed. When we first used Palm Air we found them helpful and able to do a little extra do make a repair or give information. During the past several years the company has sunk to terrible depths. I feel sorry for the employees who do the bast they can in what I can only surmise is a stressful job. We have waited up to 8 weeks for simple repairs to an air con system, and in that time I have had to ring, ring again, ring again... " I can't come anytime in the next 3 weeks" is a common response to a call to report something not working. DO NOT use this company, it does not deserve to be in business. Customers should be treated with enough respect to be given a day and approximate time someone can assess and/or do the job. I rang another aircon company and not only did the owner call me back after I left a voice message but he was pleasant, came within a few days (he had to source parts for a brand he doesn't normally sell) of my call and did the job perfectly, explaining to me exactly what had been done.

Product knowledge & advice delivered by management was very helpful. Air conditioning unit was delivered in a timely manner. After purchase service, if required to tweak installation, is provided by well trained & competent staff in a polite & friendly manner.

Can’t fault the service at PalmAir. Open, honest communication, fast and efficient service! The guys were able to explain the poor condition our evaporative AC was in and even better able to get it replaced super quick before it couldn’t handle the summer. Big thanks to the PalmAir Team!

Needed a replacement heater. Job done quickly and the young gents who did the work were very nice. No stress at all having them in my home. They crawled under the house and assessed the ducting and made a quick repair where needed, just part of the service. Thanks guys!

Our 20-year-old heater (also installed by PalmAir!) finally stopped working - Andrew gave us a few options for repair or replacement, and then got the new unit installed quickly before the cold weather set in. Very pleased with the service :)
