PLUMB-TEC NQ

PLUMB-TEC NQ handles a wide spread of plumbing work across Cairns, and the accounts left by customers highlight Jake as a reliable point of contact from the first message through to completion. Several reviewers describe him responding quickly, arranging a firm booking, sending notice of his arrival through an app and turning up when promised. Where a job proved more complex than expected, he is said to have worked through the complication efficiently and seen it finished rather than leaving it partway. Tidiness recurs as a theme, with sites left clean once the work was done.

The jobs covered include maintenance repairs, new construction plumbing, water leak investigation, sewer repairs, toilet replacement and pressure washing of roofs and guttering, while one customer recalls a storm leak being slowed temporarily before a proper repair followed in dry weather. Reviewers also mention helpful guidance on other trades required after property damage, pricing described as affordable, knowledgeable tradesmen and an offer of a discount on future work, all of which points to a service that customers return to.

Great service by Jake. He was professional, very tidy and kept me informed of everything he did. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing works.

Jake contacted me on a Sunday and offered to come fix my laundry leak. Very proactive and appreciated. Also offered 10% off when I call him again in the future for his services.

I had water pouring through my ceiling in yesterdays storm and Plumb-Tec come out and temporarily slowed the leak down for me and were back this morning in dry weather and repaired it. Professional and on time! Great job guys 👍🏾

I had Jake turn up to fix some gas work and compliance on my caravan. What a top bloke/company. Worked around my availability, which was a big help as i have kids and a busy schedule. Work was spot on. Wouldn't recommend anyone else except plumb-tec nq. Thanks again. The family will be hitting the road this Xmas break thanks to you. Cheers

Jake was very quick to respond to my message and was able to make a firm booking to do some plumbing work for me. He was good enough and organised enough to give advance notice of his arrival via an app. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. It was more complicated than originally thought but he efficiently went about it and completed the job. He was tidy and left the place in a very clean and tidy way. Much appreciated. He was very pleasant and courteous at all times. I'll be happily use Jake as my plumber in future and am happy to recommend him to others. Five stars from me.

PLUMB -TEC is the only service in the Cairns vicinity that I use and recommend. They are thorough, price effective and reliable and their work is impeccable.
