Jake contacted me on a Sunday and offered to come fix my laundry leak. Very proactive and appreciated. Also offered 10% off when I call him again in the future for his services.

I had water pouring through my ceiling in yesterdays storm and Plumb-Tec come out and temporarily slowed the leak down for me and were back this morning in dry weather and repaired it. Professional and on time! Great job guys 👍🏾

I had Jake turn up to fix some gas work and compliance on my caravan. What a top bloke/company. Worked around my availability, which was a big help as i have kids and a busy schedule. Jake was very quick to respond to my message and was able to make a firm booking to do some plumbing work for me. He was good enough and organised enough to give advance notice of his arrival via an app. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. It was more complicated than originally thought but he efficiently went about it and completed the job. He was tidy and left the place in a very clean and tidy way. Much appreciated. He was very pleasant and courteous at all times. I'll be happily use Jake as my plumber in future and am happy to recommend him to others. Five stars from me.
