Reef Plumbing Townsville

Townsville customers repeatedly single out James for plumbing work that is completed to a high standard, whether the task is a roof inspection, the replacement of broken roof tiles, the installation of garden taps, the repair of roof flashings or a burst pipe at a hot water system. Several reviewers describe him as turning up when he says he will and finishing promptly, with one account noting that a job which a larger firm had left untouched for weeks was wrapped up within a few hours. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the clarity of his communication, both when arranging the visit and afterwards, and the fairness of his pricing.

People also mention that he explains what needs doing, works neatly, and clears away afterwards, and that he is friendly, honest and accommodating. Commercial clients note that he has handled their plumbing requirements over an extended period, maintaining the same standard each time. The knowledge he brings to diagnosing faults and the attention to detail in his workmanship are cited again and again, alongside his willingness to go beyond what was asked. Roof and hot water repairs stand out as the tasks most often described.
