Romey's Plumbing

Tamworth customers of Romey's Plumbing consistently highlight how quickly the business responds and how well the finished work turns out. Several reviewers describe sending a message and getting a reply within minutes, with jobs often finished inside an hour of the first call, covering urgent water leaks as well as pump failures that had cut the main supply to a house. Brendan is named repeatedly as the plumber who attends, and reviewers describe him as punctual, patient and professional, happy to talk through the problem before starting and then getting on with it without fuss.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the pricing, with customers saying the cost matched the work delivered and that nothing unexpected followed. The jobs mentioned range from bathroom maintenance to clearing gutters, refixing them to the fascia, and flagging roof issues that warranted attention. Communication is another recurring theme, with people reporting that messages were answered promptly and that they were told clearly what was wrong and how it would be sorted. Emergency call-outs are described as handled without drama, and many reviewers say they would call on the service again for future plumbing work.

We recently engaged Romey’s Plumbing to handle an issue at our property in Tamworth, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Brendan responded and attended the property promptly on a Friday afternoon. He quickly identified the problem and kept me informed immediately, which was critical given I’m not based locally. True to his word, he returned as scheduled and resolved the issue efficiently. What stood out most was his professionalism and care — he didn’t leave until the tenant was completely satisfied and comfortable with the fix. His communication throughout the process was clear, reliable, and proactive. When you’re managing a property remotely, finding a tradesperson you can trust is rare. Brendan proved himself to be conscientious, skilled, and dependable. Thoroughly recommend Brendan and the team at Romey’s Plumbing.
