Swain Plumbing Orange & Central West

In Orange and the surrounding Central West, Swain Plumbing has built a reputation through customers who repeatedly commend Adam and his crew. Several accounts describe Adam arriving at the agreed time and resolving issues promptly, whether replacing worn tapware throughout wet areas and the kitchen or installing a replacement hot water unit after an old one failed. The team is credited with suggesting suitable brands and practical options ahead of the work, and with identifying extra problems, such as a leaking shower, then fixing them on the same visit.

A point made in several accounts is communication, with clients stating they were kept informed from the initial contact through to completion, and one account describes a heater two decades old being swapped out, along with needed electrical improvements, within a single day. Tidiness and courtesy also feature frequently, including boots removed at the door and surfaces swept or wiped so areas looked as they had beforehand. Nay is named for her help from beginning to end, and Rod also receives a mention. Reviewers describe the pricing as fair for the standard of work and the friendliness of the crew when handling stressful situations.

I have no problem recommending SWAIN PLUMBING. ADAM and NAY are wondering people. I've been going through a tough time recently and then I had the plumbing on top of that. ADAM came in a fixed both the problems. But it's not just that he was so kind and compassionate and very understanding of my situation. I give them 5 stars. Great people, Great company. You won't be disappointed. 👷👷‍♀️👍👍👍👍👍👍

Adam, Rod and Nay were brilliant in helping us replace a broken hot water system. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend their services!

I can highly recommend Adam and his team now that they have installed a new hot water system for us promptly after our old one died. We haven't had any issues with the system or install and so I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need more plumbing work done. Swain Plumbing are professional, friendly, and efficient. Thanks again team for the help!

Others may want to know that my experience with Swain Plumbing has not been good. I had a new Hot Water System installed and the tradesman just dumped the old unit next to my unit rather than disposing of it the correct way! I asked if they could remove it and they have been unresponsive. Very lazy and unprofessional work.

Swain Plumbing promptly attended to my elderly mum’s request to service her gas heater during the recent cold weather. She was very grateful for the professionalism and kindness the young man showed her during the visit.

Adam arrived promptly at the booked time and fixed the problem immediately. He was polite and helpful about another potential problem. I would not hesitate to use this business again.

Adam sorted out a bunch of issues I'd been putting off and super quickly too. I should have called sooner. They've helped me multiple times now and it's fantastic service every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
