Stumbled on Tamworth Plumbing by way of Google search after being let down by a previous business. I rang Kev who answered on his way to a funeral – demonstrates his high level of customer service. My hot water system was leaking, he said he’d be there the next day, and he was. Yep, needed a whole new system, Kev had the old one out and the new one in by early afternoon. It was so refreshing to have that level of service delivery, experience and professionalism, all the while keeping things simple for me regarding choice of system. And what a nice guy!
