AJW Plumbing Gas & Air

Hot water replacement is the dominant story in the feedback for AJW Plumbing Gas & Air, with Adam named again and again as the tradesperson customers dealt with. Reviewers in Mandurah recount old gas and electric units being swapped for heat pump systems, including iStore models, and several describe a failed system being diagnosed on the day contact was made. Reliability and punctuality stand out as the most repeated praise, with quotes returned swiftly, often after photos were sent rather than a site visit, and bookings honoured at short notice.

Fair, clearly explained pricing is another common thread, as customers note that options were discussed before any commitment was made. Communication is consistently highlighted, particularly the readiness to answer questions and to point out faults such as incorrectly sized copper piping that was affecting flow. Workmanship is described as neat, with old units removed, and the advice given on replacement choices is valued. Jobs were also completed promptly, in some cases only days after the initial request. Reviewers found Adam friendly and straightforward throughout, and his work spans gas fitting, heating and air conditioning as well as plumbing.

Adam replaced my old Rheem gas hot water system with the iStore 270L heat pump. Great experience, everything went smoothly. Installed product looks very neat. Good communication, he was happy to answer all our questions and gave a good price too. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Adam. He was able to come out on the same day I contacted him to diagnose an issue with our hot water system. He explained the problem clearly and provided me with different options and information regarding replacement. Once I decided on the replacement, he had the new system installed within just three days of my initial request. The whole process was quick, professional and straightforward. Very happy with the service!

Adam great to deal with. Quick, efficient & was reasonably priced. Adam was able to ensure we had little down time at all. New system installed and very happy. Will definitely use again.

The work was done well and quickly. The installation was just delayed because my housemate forgot to mention the correct size of the water heater. We can now enjoy showers with both cold and hot water. We really appreciate your hard work sir🫡
