Bi-Rite Home Appliances Rockhampton

Helpful, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing come through as the recurring theme across feedback on this Rockhampton appliance and hot water business. A number of reviews mention the expertise of manager Raymond and the wider team, with questions answered patiently and purchases adjusted without fuss when minds changed. A friendly in-home repair and service visit is singled out for praise, particularly the technician who handles washing machines, dishwashers and hot water units, described as delivering service with a smile. Customers note that staff remain helpful during busy periods and continue assisting with after-purchase queries, a point that comes up often among those who value dealing with a local family operation.

When a required part is unavailable, the team is said to point people in the right direction rather than leave them stranded. Several describe quick turnaround on repairs for uncommon appliances, with one job expected to take far longer completed within a couple of days. Fridges and other appliances are mentioned as straightforward purchases backed by good deals and attentive sales advice, while delivery is described as smooth despite difficult driveways. Knowledgeable advice, ready help after the sale and accommodating service define the experience customers describe.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great prices and fast delivery.

Top marks to Bi Rite Rockhampton on my purchase today. Chloe organised a delivery & install in remarkable time. Delivery person was most helpful. Love to support this local store

Didn't go past the web site , I wanted to look for a freezer and kept asking for my email etc to send me offers , way to go , won't bother with this site again, talk about making something simple into a bother alI wanted was to see if you sold what I wanted .

Great deals, good service, local to home. Thanks

Best customer service I have had for a long time. Very patient and helpful, even after I chose and paid for a fridge, only to change my mind and want a different one the next day.... And still got a huge discount! Thanks Stan n crew!!

Sales was good, ( almost perfect, and better then the big guys) but delivery was even better. I have been abused before (from another big chain furniture place) due to my driveway and location. Was not an issue for JJKerrs and even my kids loved the delivery man... Thank you so much

Fabulous friendly service when very busy! Always helpful if we ring up with queries for after purchase service! Like to support Dale and Leanne and local family business.
