CNL Plumbing & Drainage

CNL Plumbing & Drainage is a Pialba-based operation whose reviews centre on a family team led by Corey and Lauren. More than one customer describes workmanship across guttering, spoon drains, stormwater pits piped to the kerb, water tank installation and broader plumbing for renovations and new builds on difficult sites. Reviewers frequently point to punctuality and honest, reliable communication from the quoting stage through to completion. The pair is praised for responding promptly when contacted and for keeping clients informed as plans and advice evolved.

A point that comes up often is the willingness to return and correct anything not quite right without argument, and one account notes council certification and hydraulic engineering requirements being organised as part of a challenging Queenslander renovation. Pricing is described as fair, with invoices kept honest and the agreed quote honoured. Tidiness also features, with the worksite left neat after the team finished ahead of schedule on a renovation job. Reviewers highlight the knowledge and patience shown when advice was sought, and Corey's pride in his work is noted alongside help from an electrician on one occasion. The recurring theme is dependable service, clear dealings and a finished result matching the design.

Lauren and Corey are a great team, excellent communication and workers, always reliable and very reasonably priced work.

Excellent communication throughout the quoting stage and during completion of guttering work. Both Corey and Lauren were honest and reliable through the whole process. Would recommend.

Corey, Lauren and their team did a fantastic job at our place. Good workmanship, punctuality and good communication, we can't recommend them enough.

Corey and his team have worked through a difficult drainage issue in an older commercial property - a job that most other plumbers have placed in the "too hard" box. From roof leaks to wall cladding, his team has been very responsive and always gets the job done. Highly recommend.

Always punctual, helpful and professional throughout our new owner builder build. Highly recommend

The CNL Plumbing and Drainage Team are LEGENDS! I contacted Lauren just before Christmas about starting the plumbing work we needed to begin renovations and building underneath our pole home. Unbelievably, because we all know how crazy busy it is at this time of year, Corey and the Team were at our place at 7.30 on the 13th January! The work was completed before midday. The team was so efficient and professional. Everything was perfect! And the boys cleaned up the site beautifully. We didn't have to do a thing. Very well priced too. We're really looking forward to the CNL Team coming back, when the renovations are almost done, to finish off our new bathroom and kitchenette. I can't recommend CNL Plumbing and Drainage highly enough.
