Drainaway Pty Ltd

Drainage work in Gladstone draws consistent praise for speedy responses and careful execution, with Russ, also called Russell, emerging as the figure customers name most often. Reviewers describe him as knowledgeable, honest and kind, arriving when promised and completing jobs without fuss. Several accounts highlight emergency callouts, including one blocked drain attended within half an hour, and a blocked pipe from a septic system cleared and relined rather than excavated and replaced, saving considerable effort and expense.

Clear explanations of the underlying problem come up regularly, both before work starts and once it is finished, and customers value the straightforward manner in which jobs are handled. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, with the alternative of digging up and replacing pipework noted as far costlier. Repeat business runs through the feedback, with several people mentioning they have engaged the service on multiple occasions and would call again. Problems are resolved efficiently, and the professional, no-nonsense approach leaves customers satisfied with the outcome, with Russ's willingness to help in urgent situations a theme that recurs often.

Very professional, Russ came out quickly and explained what the problem was! The team organised everything highly recommend DrainAway!

Wouldnt recommend for a thing; absolutely strung me along, inspected the property and provided a ballpark quote but then ignored my messages and calls and never provided an actual quote. Rus told me he'd have it done by the end of June so I didnt contact anyone else, but because he ghosted me it wasn't done in the financial year I needed it done in and that was awful for me. Joke. I look at the other 1 star reviews and he has a habit of this it seems.

Russell was a lifesaver on Easter Monday. And he was efficient courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend him.

Definitely think about using them again in the future.
