Herrings Coastal Plumbing and Gas Fitting

Both commercial and residential clients in Geraldton feature in the feedback, which consistently highlights the speed and reliability of Herrings Coastal Plumbing and Gas Fitting. More than one customer describes urgent situations, including burst pipes, leaking fixtures and a broken gas heater, where the team arrived sooner than expected or on the same day despite a busy schedule. Reviews time and again mention clear communication, with phone calls to confirm arrival times, and fair, reasonable pricing for the work carried out. The standard of workmanship draws frequent praise, whether the task involves replacing copper piping, clearing blocked drains or restoring hot water supply by mid-afternoon.

Named staff member Jarrad is singled out for his pleasant and well-mannered approach, while Matt and other team members are credited with tackling difficult blockages effectively. Tidiness and expertise also come through, with customers noting that tradespeople explain what needs doing and avoid unnecessary spending. Longstanding clients who have used the service for years across multiple properties note that the friendliness and professionalism remain consistent, and one household keeps the number on the fridge after a first job. Gas fitting, drainage and hot water work appear among the completed tasks.

Herrings Coastal Plumbing helped us out of a muddle today. They always go above and beyond to help us and we need that a lot. Louise was so good at getting someone there today. She’s amazing and is always so good to us. Having several properties on our farm we always need Herrings to help us a lot and they always are the best team of people

We came home at 8pm to a burst pipe so had to turn our water off, phoned Herrings at 7:30am and they said they were booked out and could come the next morning but if they got a chance they would try to come same day. Less than 3 hours later I got a phone call, had a lovely gent replace some copper piping which involved having to break up some cement to get to. It wasn’t a quick easy job, so very grateful to Herrings for getting here so unexpectedly fast. Much appreciated

Fantastic, friendly and reliable service

Been using Herrings Coastal Plumbers since we first moved to Geraldton some years ago, their service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. Called them this week and the lovely Kelly who answered the phone kept us updated as to when the plumber was arriving, Lucca came out to do the job, he was polite, friendly and very efficient. Thank you Herrings Kath McCaw
