Very disappointed trying to get a quote for various work around the house. I had to wait over 2 weeks for someone to come around and then they did not have a copy of the scope that was provided. It then took over 4 weeks with several emails and phone calls to get the said quote.

10/10 service. Amazing. Highly recommend. I realise at 6:45am on Monday morning my hot water system is broken. I call the service at 8:00am. Before 10am I have had one service person at my property confirming that I need a new hot water system. Me and my folks have used Kelly’s Hot Water Gas and Air a few times over the last decade or so for various things. Always genuine, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend to call Kelly’s first and also save them to your phone under plumber - so in an emergency you know who to call! With 20 years in Business they must be doing something right!
