KNOX Plumbing & Gas

Reliability paired with a solutions-focused mindset is the quality that comes through most strongly in feedback for KNOX Plumbing & Gas, covering Hervey Bay and the surrounding district. Nick, often working with team members including Ant, is consistently described as arriving when promised and finishing jobs promptly, whether the task is an urgent repair, a stubborn leak traced across two visits, or a complete plumbing fitout of a granny flat. Clear communication stands out, with reviews highlighting explanations of the work and practical guidance offered during projects.

Tidiness comes up frequently, one account noting a vacuum cleaner brought out to leave the work area spotless. Reviewers also value how awkward situations are handled, such as a sloping block that had deterred other trades, and a leaking septic tank and treatment area repaired skilfully enough to avoid a costly wastewater upgrade. Gas fitting under the Gasfitter and Gas installation service specialisms, together with hot water system replacement through the Hot water system supplier side of the business, appear regularly as areas where customers felt well served, with thorough follow-through on complicated repairs and gratitude for persistence in locating hard-to-find faults.

I had a great experience with Knox Plumbing! Nick came out to fit an external tap, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was neat and tidy, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but Nick is definitely someone I’d call again and recommend to others.

I had an urgent repair that needed to be done and Nick began immediately. He handled everything professionally and gave excellent service. I will be using his services again in the very near future!

Nick consistently provides great work, explains everything, offer solutions and actually shows up when he said he will. Highly recommend as your go to plumber.

I had an awkward leak to find & fix... Nick & his team came around twice to ensure they found the leak & repaired it. It was extremely difficult to pin point the exact location, but they did it & I'm extremely thankful.

We had Knox Plumbing save us $25,000 on not having to upgrade wastewater system. Nick cleared our treatment area and repaired our leaking septic tank. Nick and his team are friendly, professional and reliable. We highly recommend this service.

Just had Nick and Ant complete a couple of jobs around our home, we could not ask for a more professional service. Took me by surprise when they produced a vacuum cleaner and left the work areas clean and tidy. Thank you
