Plumbcall - Hervey Bay

Households around Hervey Bay have called on this plumbing team for jobs ranging from a burst faucet hose and a failed hot water heater to outside taps and broken roof tiles, and the accounts collected here return to the same handful of strengths. Customers in several reviews describe the response as prompt, with a plumber often arriving sooner than expected, including one instance where a replacement heater unit arrived and was operational within hours.

Reviews time and again mention the care taken to explain the problem, set out repair options and talk through the work, with Lachie, Lochie and Mason singled out by name for their patience and willingness to field questions. Tidiness comes up often: installations are described as neat and tidy, and one visit ended with additional ageing hoses checked and replaced so the household could leave home without worrying about water damage.

The advice is treated as a genuine part of the service, whether the topic is tap and shower fittings or the likely cause of a heater failure. Workmanship is rated highly across the board. A recurring theme is that the tradespeople are polite, respectful and easy to deal with, and the same names are requested again for future plumbing work.

Plub-call - Hervey Bay responded within a few hours of my contacting them and we had a plumber on the premises the same day who fixed the problem we had of a burst faucet hose. The plumber was high standard and an excellent and helpful communicator. He ended up checking and replacing other hoses in our home which were also at risk of breakage due to their age. We can now sleep at night or go away without any fear of water damage to our home. Thankyou Plum-call! I can't fault their service and work.

Amazingly quick service! We are used to tradies either taking a week to show up or not showing up at all, but Tyler from Plumbcall was there first thing monday morning to replace our hot water system. Highly recommended

The guys were great. Nothing was too much trouble for Lachie, who gave us plenty of choices, with taps and shower assemblies and various other items. Very good communicator, explained everything. Very thorough and reliable and efficient. I can highly recommend them.

The service was terrific. Called one day and had our new hot water installed the next morning. Mason who installed the system was very polite informative and completed the installation with a professional manner. The completed job was extremely neat and tidy. Will definitely use them again.

Tyler and Mason were amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable. Were able to fit my job in to suit my timeline for other work to be completed at the house. Thanks so much.

Responded within 24 hours. Offered repair options (short term/ long term fix and identified potential problem which was not part of the call out repair. Friendly, efficient, professional. Great service.

Lochie arrived on time and was a lovely young man. He explained everything to me, very polite and had the problem fixed in 45 mins. I’d gladly recommend him.
