Plumbers & Gasfitters Bunbury

Prompt restoration of hot water and clear communication emerge as the strongest threads running through feedback for this Bunbury plumbing and gasfitting operation. Customers describe calling with urgent faults, among them burst pipes, ceiling leaks and gas leaks, and having a tradesperson on site quickly, sometimes within fifteen minutes or the hour. Luke, the owner, is named often for clearing a stubbornly blocked sink in minutes, fitting a toilet bidet and replacing shower taps and a toilet seat, while Andrew, Storm and Kevin are praised for efficiency and a personable manner, and office staff including accounts are singled out for helpfulness.

A theme running through the feedback is that faults were explained before work started and that updates continued through longer jobs. Tidiness is noted as well, with clean-ups after the work mentioned. Customers describe the team as knowledgeable, respectful and committed to resolving issues, and fair, affordable pricing recurs alongside drain diagnostics that located several blockages on one property, with results spanning hot water systems, a gas leak, shower taps and blocked drains.

Great service and communication from start to finish. They appreciated the urgency and was able to get hot water sorted very quickly.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from a plumbing contractor. The customer service / admin staff were incredibly helpful and actioned my request immediately. I had a trades person attend less than 48 hours late and went above and beyond to resolve my hot water issues same day - very knowledgeable and genuinely committed to providing top shelf service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Professional, knowledgable, punctual, great follow up and helpful. Would highly recommend this local family owned and operated business.

Had no hot water. Andrew and Storm were at my place within. 15 minutes and quickly restored my hot water. They were efficient and personable. I would recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Plumbers and Gasfitters Bunbury. We had a burst pipe, and they were able to get to our home within an hour, which was such a relief. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, polite, and respectful, even offering to take off their shoes before coming inside. They clearly explained everything they were doing throughout the repair, so we always knew what was happening and why. The pipe was replaced quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to their excellent communication and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Plumbers and Gasfitters Bunbury to anyone looking for prompt, reliable, and professional plumbing services. Thank you again for the fantastic service!

I’ve had issues with my sink being clogged for weeks on end and within 10 minutes Luke fixed the issue. He also installed a toilet bidet. With all the panic buying again, as there seems to be no toilet paper around so I got in quick.. 🤣 🚽 🧻 Very affordable pricing as well. 💸 You get what you pay for. Highly recommend .

My son and I had the best service from Luke the owner, Cindy in accounts and reception and his staff. Truly professional kind and understanding. I recommend Plumbers & Gasfitters absolutly brilliant. Thank you!
