Bathroom renovation projects and trade counter visits feature prominently in accounts of this Bunbury business, with customers describing assistance that extended well past a straightforward purchase. Nicola is named repeatedly for her patience and product knowledge during design consultations, helping to plan whole ensuite and family bathroom layouts and leaving people confident in what they had chosen. At the trade desk, staff are credited with working through unusual requests, including setting out a full parts list for a shed wet area and tracking down discontinued mixer tap extension hoses that other suppliers would not chase.

The stock covers plumbing supplies, bathroom ware, taps and fittings, roofing supplies and tools, and reviewers mention finding the correct component at a fair price for jobs such as sealing off a leaking reticulation pipe and resolving an infloor heating problem. Friendly, knowledgeable service and a wide product range recur across the feedback, along with parts ordered in when not held on site. Reviewers also value the time taken to talk a job through, with one noting the planning alone took around half an hour.

Fantastic service. Rochelle tracked down some items we needed to finish a job , from a photo , got them all together and freighted to us within 3days. Much appreciated.

I’m very disappointed to say that this is the second time I’ve been served by the same staff member, and the experience has been consistently negative. On both occasions, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the overall service.

More choice than bunnings

I am building a shower/toilet block in a shed and needed to have all the plumbing mounted to sandwich board, taps, headsets-etc. The fellow that served me grabbed a piece of paper and planed it all out with me. We then proceeded to work out all the parts required and then put them altogether. This whole thing must have taken a good 30 minutes of his time. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me out. Cheers Reece Plumbing. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff and good quality plumbing ware
