Reece Plumbing Geraldton

Plumbing supplies and bathroom fittings form the core of what this Geraldton business provides, with customers describing a showroom stocking items needed for installations and repairs. Several reviewers note that the store carried the particular fixtures they were after, and one account of a hot water system purchase mentions prompt communication during the initial sale. A recurring theme across the feedback is the helpful and friendly manner of staff, with shoppers describing pleasant experiences and grateful acknowledgement of assistance received. The range of goods available, from pipe and roofing supplies to shower doors and tools, matches the diverse needs of trade and retail customers alike.

While the majority of comments reflect satisfaction with both the products and the service, some customers report difficulties, including an instance where a purchased hot water unit required attention after installation and a follow-up call was not returned the same day. Another reviewer describes entering the showroom and receiving no greeting or acknowledgement while staff attended to other people, expressing disappointment at the lack of courtesy and stating an intention to buy fixtures elsewhere in future. These accounts sit alongside the more favourable impressions, giving a mixed picture of the shopping experience.

Great service, promp communication

They had just the things we need

Pretentious. Walked into the showroom and was not afforded a basic greeting, let alone acknowledgement, as the sale assistant was busy with another couple. When there is only 3 people in your showroom at least show some courtesy. Shame I had to give one star. I like to support local business but I will now source the fixtures online. Will never go back.

Good experience there. Helpful friendly staff. Much obliged.
