This plumber was engaged by my property manager to check an external tap was not leaking in to a wall, and re-silicone around a shower screen to satisfy settlement conditions for the sale of my property. They didn't seal the shower screen up, instead they leak tested it and wrote a report about how the membrane may be leaking and a builder needed to investigate further, not what i asked for. I asked the real estate to get them vack to re-silicone around the shower screen but they wouldn't because they said the membrane may be leaking (building inspection already confirmed no moisture in walls around shower). I called the office and asked to speak to Jake, i was told he would call back, he never did. I wrote an email explaining the situation properly, attached part of the building report and the buyers instructions that i need 'have a licenced plumber re-silicone around the shower screen', not guarantee it doesn't leak, not even re-seal around the shower screen, just re-silicone around the shower screen, but I never even got a reply. Settlement got pushed back a week because of this, I found another plumber that understood the simple instruction and sorted the issue for me.

Absolutely incredible service at a very fair price. I organised SE Plumbing to attend my elderly dad's place (I live in another city) to investigate an invisible leak. WHILE THEY WERE THERE, the hot water system literally split open (nothing to do with the leak, just more good luck). They had the leak fixed and a new hot water service installed within two days. Not only that, my dad (who is notoriously difficult to extract praise from, ask me how I know) couldn't get over how polite, friendly, and extremely capable their entire team were. Not only would I recommend SE Plumbing to anyone, I will absolutely be using them when I get dad's bathroom renovated later this year.
