Shoalhaven Gas

In Nowra and the surrounding district, Shoalhaven Gas supplies gas cylinders, and customer accounts describe a service that often moves quickly when a household runs out. Several reviewers recall deliveries within a couple of hours of phoning, and the speed of response is a point that comes up often. Praise centres on the friendliness of staff, with Jen singled out for explaining the process clearly, offering suggestions and chasing a driver already on the road so a delivery was not lost. Customers describe a helpful and accommodating manner, including efforts to secure a replacement bottle rather than leaving someone waiting a week.

Reliability is another recurring theme, with reviewers describing staff as dependable and the service as solving problems on the spot. The willingness to go beyond the expected is mentioned more than once, as is the cheerful attitude that accompanies it. For a supplier of gas cylinders, the accounts suggest an operation where customers feel listened to and where problems are addressed directly rather than passed along. The personalised attention from named staff, particularly Jen, is what reviewers most consistently highlight.

Always excellent service from these guys, from the phone call to the delivery, always friendly and happy. Great local buisness and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrific service. Solved our problem on the spot. Great customer service and so helpful. Highly recommended. Old fashioned service with a smile

Excellent service and lovely friendly staff ...thank you Shoalhaven Gas....you went above and beyond to get me a gas bottle so I didn't have to wait a week!! I so appreciate your help and wonderful happy attitude!! 🤗🤗🤗 You've got my vote.....always!!! 🥰

I would like to leave a big compliment to Shoalhaven Gas who went out of their way to replace our empty gas bottles recently. The staff were friendly, efficient and speedy. We remain their loyal costumers of twenty or so years.

Friendly and reliable staff. Thank you for the great service

Far more expensive than the other suppliers and with poor service and rude office staff.

I am thankful for the kindness and emphaty of Jen from shoalhaven gas! She was very helpful and accommodating with my experience with the other gas company which delayed our order for more than 3 weeks and yet very unhelpful and unapologetic. Anyways, that would be another review. I am pleased with how Jen explained the process, gave me suggestions and tried to reach out to the driver who is already on his way to deliver gas. She was able to find out that there was one extra and asked the driver to deliver it to our house! Kudos to the delivery/driver who was able to squeeze me in his delivery.
