TM Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd

Emergency leaks and blocked pipes in Rockhampton are the kinds of jobs that dominate the feedback for this plumbing and gas business, with customers describing how fast a crisis was brought under control. A backed-up pipe on a public holiday drew a same-day visit, and an emergency leak was dealt with without delay, which reviewers repeatedly link to the company's responsiveness. Travis is named often, praised for arriving promptly, tracking down a previously undetected water leak and addressing the underlying cause rather than simply treating the symptom; the thorough, solution-focused approach appears in multiple accounts.

Reviewers also point to clear communication before, during and after the work, reasonable and transparent charging, and a tidy finish, with one describing a problem fixed in about an hour after other plumbers had proposed extensive excavation and lengthy programmes of work. The tone throughout is appreciative, describing a reliable first call for plumbing and gas work, quick turnarounds on blocked drains and leaks, and service that keeps customers coming back.

Travis attended yesterday Monday 8 July. An hour's work, and, the issue was resolved. $150👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Other Plumbers had attended in the past - quotes of $6 000, $10 000, $30 000....😖😖😖😖😖 Previous quotes from other Plumbers of 4 days' work, 7 days' work, digging up of a driveway, fence removal, digging up the neighbour's yard, Council approvals.... Travis arrived, issue resolved! Nice work, Travis👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
