Whitewater Plumbing Services

Households dealing with blocked drains, leaking pipes and failed hot water systems feature prominently among the jobs described, and several customers note how promptly the team arrives once contacted. Jacob is named most often, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning his professionalism and the way he explains what needs doing before starting. Drain clearing, soakwell pits, stormwater and sewer redirection, kitchen line changeovers and filtration system installation all appear in accounts, and clients describe tidy results and workmanship they rate highly.

Communication stands out, from an initial call through to an itemised invoice, and one household short of hot water recalls being given an arrival window and updates as the plumber travelled. Jesse and Joshua also attract praise, the former for keeping customers informed during a hot water upgrade and the latter for friendly assistance on filtration and drainage work. Pricing is described as fair and clearly set out, and reviewers note that unexpected problems, such as a slow leak discovered mid-job, were handled without fuss. A wastewater pipe obstructing a pool installation was redirected the same day, an example of the responsiveness that runs through the feedback.

We woke up to a household with no hot water but a working hot water system, Jesse and Jacob were incredibly responsive as soon as I called them even making allowances to get to our house asap. They were so responsive and even gave an eta close to the job time. Their pricing was fair and the invoice was itemised and clear to understand. I would highly recommend them to others 😊

We had a great experience with Jacob Fenwick’s plumbing services when he came out to fix our blocked drain here at BP Floopers Roadhouse. Jacob was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. He arrived with a smile, provided excellent service, and took the time to explain the issues clearly. He also gave us some helpful suggestions for repairing our damaged pumps, which we really appreciated. It’s great to have someone who not only fixes the immediate problem but also offers practical advice to help prevent future issues. Highly recommend Jacob for his reliable service, positive attitude, and professional approach. Thanks again for the fantastic work!
