DO NOT USE ACACIA PLUMBING! Acacia plumbing tried to replace my 49Litre hot water system that I paid $1875.50 for. This hot water system is inside a cupboard space. The copper piping going to and from the hot water system was mostly left bare and where insulation was attempted it was not secured. See photo. This creates hot pipes in the cupboard space creating condensation and moisture. This damages cabinetry over time let alone the potential for burns when touched. Do yourself a favour and get your plumbing done by a business who cares about the final product that their customer has paid for. NOT ACACIA PLUMBING!

The flexible hose on our pullout tap in the kitchen had split. As the authorised service agent, Alan from Acacia replaced the flexible hose under warranty. The service Acacia provided was impeccable. Highly recommend Acacia Plumbing. I've had an issue for a yr in ensuite with shower in new build home. Builders Plumbers not listening to me with issue after 5 visits told me no issues. I needed an old solar tank and panels removed from my roof and a new heat pump water heater installed. I sent a text and got a text back the next day with a tentative quote pending site inspection. It was a good quote, so I said yes and a tradie came and checked where I wanted the water heater. I was sent a final quote and it was arranged all within a week. Excellent service and great price.
