Australian Hot Water – Service Agent Newcastle

Newcastle customers consistently describe Australian Hot Water – Service Agent Newcastle as responsive and technically capable, with several accounts highlighting how quickly a failed system is assessed and replaced. Reviews repeatedly mention same-day attendance, from initial quoting through to the installation itself, and note that faults are diagnosed accurately rather than assumed. Adam and his crew are named for their careful work draining an old tank so that the surrounding grass was not damaged when a collapsed unit was removed.

Chris is also named for his knowledge and the clear advice he provides, both when quoting a gas conversion and when repairing leaking shower taps. A recurring theme is the range of work handled: heat pump and Sanden systems, gas hot water installations, plumbing for heating and a gas cook top, plus ongoing support after the job. Customers describe the pricing as fair, the job quality as solid and communication as straightforward before and after attendance, including electronic invoicing and follow-up when a system needed to be replaced.

Just had my hot water system replaced by A&A hot water Cardiff, my system had dramatically exploded and tipped over during the night. I called early in the morning and was quoted in person that day and replaced with a brand new Heat Pump system by the afternoon. Adam and his crew on site were excellent! they even managed to drain the old tank into a waste pipe, whilst the old heater laying on its side! This avoided burning my grass (which i take pride in). I didnt even ask they do this, they were just super professional and took care of what they were doing. Would highly recommend this team from Cardiff, from the office, the quoting team and the guys out on site. Well done and thank you.

Very satified with the service provided. Called to have leaking shower taps repaired. Mitchel arrived the next day, replaced and repaired the damaged taps. Did a great job. Very impressed with his knowledge and care taken. Highly recommend Chris and his staff. Had new hot water service installed 12 months ago and was very happy with their work then, and was the reason we were happy to have them back.

Chris and his team were great. Came the same day and hooked up replacement tank to get me through until gas connected. Once gas hooked up, they promptly returned to install a new gas hot water system, plus plumbing for heating and gas cook top. Couldn't be happier. Great service and advice, fast, good price, highly recommend.

Came quickly, rectified the fault, electronic invoicing. No complaints.

Helpful, fast and friendly. Great to deal with. Thank you Chris!
