Australian Licensed Hot Water & Plumbing

Heat pump and hot water system installations dominate the feedback for this Nowra business, with Steve named repeatedly for his depth of knowledge and straightforward manner. Customers describe being walked through options for replacing ageing electric or gas units, including Reclaim and Aquatech Dynamic models, and receiving recommendations tailored to their household rather than a generic solution. Several reviewers mention that quotations arrived quickly and were priced fairly, without pressure to spend beyond what the job required.

Punctuality and reliability recur as themes: Steve and team members including Mick and Dave are described as turning up at the promised time and completing installations efficiently, even during a heatwave. Tidiness is noted often, with sites left clean after work that also covered associated plumbing and electrical connections. Reviews regularly refer to clear explanations of technical detail, from warranty and sizing through to setting up control apps and WiFi, delivered patiently to those unfamiliar with solar or heat pump technology. Follow-up support after installation also features, along with the friendliness of the crew and the quality of the finished work, including drainage and general plumbing tasks around the property.

Steve from Australian Licensed Hot Water and Plumbing was recommended to us through a program, and from the initial call he has been great with his communication. He is always open and honest. He installed a heat pump for us and did some extra plumbing work around the house. His knowledge was outstanding and he tailored a custom solution to meet our exact needs. His pricing was very fair and he did not try to upsell us on anything. On the day of the job, he arrived exactly when he stated, completed all the works to a very high standard, and actually left the site cleaner than it was before he started. He also took the time to set up the system with me and explain how the settings work. Overall it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Steve for your plumbing works.

Good experience with Steve and his company. Fair and good price, good communication, timely installation and we are happy with the product (electric heat pump). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very professional. Timely response to enquiries. Perfect recommendation for tank inside compressor outside preference. Seamless install. Can't recommend highly enough.

We recently used Australia Licensed Hot Water and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Steve and his team were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. He genuinely cared about making sure we got the best possible solution for our needs, rather than just pushing a quick sale. His knowledge felt endless, and he was always happy to assist with any questions or concerns I had along the way. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest advice and quality service.

Steve and his crew recently installed an Aquatech Dynamic/8 heat pump hot water system at my house. Their efficiency and professionalism was impressive. Since installation the system has been working very well with lots of good quality hot water throughout the day and night. It is heated up during the day by my solar panels. Having this work done enables me to stop using gas in my home, something I am very pleased about. Thank you Steve for you work

If you want a reliable and ethical plumber Steve is the guy. He fixed the problem with my heat pump, took the time to explain the technical info and set up my Wifi properly. He spoke calmly and respectfully to someone who doesn't know much about solar, heatpumps ect. A good person. Highly recommend.

A big thanks to Steve and his team for providing such a great service with installing our new hot water system. They provided good information at each step, arrived on time and completed the installation with great professionalism. Highly recommended.
