Shoalhaven Hot Water & Heating

Installation work across hot water systems and heating draws consistent praise from customers around Nowra, who describe fast, careful service from the first call through to site clean-up. A recurring theme is how quickly requests are handled, with one household reporting a same-day inspection of a failed unit and the replacement fitted the following day, while another records a 315 litre system installed by James in tight access during heavy rain, the old unit removed at the same time. Communication is repeatedly mentioned, including texts advising arrival times and crews arriving when promised.

The team is described as friendly, competent and willing to answer questions, with Kristen singled out for arranging a booking around a customer's availability and a two-man crew completing a three-hour swap. Tidiness features often, with boots removed indoors and packaging, the old fireplace and its components taken away for disposal. Gas fires and solar hot water systems are noted as fitted efficiently, honest advice about damaged equipment led to a replacement arranged without fuss, and pricing is described as fair for the work carried out.

Good prompt Service, service man had all parts needed

Very happy with the service, advice and subsequent installation. All the staff were very helpful.

Great service, the trades installing our new gas fire were so good, boots off when working inside, cleaned up after installation the old fireplace and components were removed and disposed of.

Glen is an absolute expert in fireplaces and has a trustworthy, knowledge team working with him. He solved an unusual issue with our existing fireplace and helped us understand our options. He and his team have now installed a fantastic fireplace that not only does its job but also looks great. The service and communication has been excellent throughout the project. Highly recommend Glen for your next fireplace! Tora and Donna

Fantastic and honest service. Could not speak highly enough of these guys :)

Excellent service from Shoalhaven Hotwater replacing our old hot water heater with a new similar model. From first contact, quotes to installation so helpful and efficient. Advice following installation how to activate the heater since we have off peak power for the water heater was so important.

Can't thank James and the team at shoalhaven hot water and elements enough. Hot water system needed replacing they where out within 1 hour of ordering a new system James installed a 315 litre system in a tight access pouring rain by himself and removed the old system as well thank again 👍
