Auzplumb Townsville Plumbing, Drainage and Roofing

Auzplumb Townsville Plumbing, Drainage and Roofing draws consistent praise for the work Dan carries out across Townsville, with several customers describing him as friendly, punctual and straightforward to work with. A number of reviews mention quick responses to enquiries, thorough quotes that are well explained and then honoured, and charges that sit comfortably with the job done. Drainage emerges as a recurring theme: one account covers a blocked line that had water backing up inside the property, traced with specialised equipment and cleared by high-pressure water jetting, while another covers an irrigation leak repaired along with an extra tap fitted to a back deck.

A point that comes up often is communication, with the cause of a fault and its remedy shown and talked through rather than simply announced once finished. Tidiness and a professional approach on site are noted alongside the care taken to explain costs before work begins. Dan is named in nearly every account and is described as unfazed by whatever a request involves, whether a routine repair or something more involved. Repeat contact is a common thread, with customers saying they would call on the business again for plumbing, drainage or jetter work.

Dan was prompt at attending to our and rectifying our plumbing issue. He was clear with showing and explaining the cause and the fix, and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I got a very quick response to my inquiry. Very thorough well explained quote. Good man to deal with.

We had a blocked drain causing water to back up and couldn’t work out what the issue was. Dan from AuzPlumb arrived promptly, used specialised equipment to locate the blockage quickly, and cleared it using high-pressure water jetting in no time. Clean, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. Great communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend AuzPlumb for any drainage or jetter services - we’ll definitely be calling again.

Dan was the best find for a plumber you could wish for. Punctual and polite. With in a few minutes he had found the leaks and promptly fixed them I would recommend Dan for any plumbing problems you may have. 10 out of 10.

AUSplumb did two jobs for us this weekend, one fixing an irrigation leak and one adding an additional tap to our back deck. Both were quoted appropriately and honored. Dan arrived spot on time and did great work. I highly recommend AUSplumb. Thanks Dan
