BLJ Plumbing Bendigo

Roofing replacement and related plumbing work feature prominently in accounts of BLJ Plumbing Bendigo. Customers describe the team stripping tiled roofs and installing Colorbond sheeting, along with new spouting and downpipes, and one household later engaged the same crew for a kitchen remodel. The quality of the finished work and the standard of professional advice are recurring themes, with praise for problems being resolved thoroughly and for issues discovered on site being addressed rather than left. Preparation before starting, efficiency during the job and clear explanations at each stage are mentioned repeatedly, as is the tidiness with which the site is left.

Tom and his crew are named in feedback for their welcoming manner, patience with questions and strong communication throughout, from the first discussion to completion. Customers note that both larger projects and smaller plumbing tasks are handled with the same care, and several describe going back to the team for additional work after an initial job. The willingness to take on extra repairs beyond the original scope stands out in the accounts, alongside courteous, friendly service across the whole team. Repeat business and referrals follow from the standard of workmanship and the straightforward handling of each project.

We hired BLJ to replace our leaky roof. They did outstanding work and went above and beyond our expectations in fixing issues they discovered left by our shonky builder outside of the scope of their work. They were professional, efficient, prompt and explained everything clearly. Tidy, courteous and such a friendly team. Highly recommended.

I employed BLJ Plumbing to remove tiled roof and replace with colour bond, new spouting and down pipes. The quality of work and professional advice was amazing. So impressed with the work I later once again employed the team to do more work this time involved in a kitchen remodel . Any further work needed I will call the team at BLJ Plumbing.

Tom and the boys were amazing to deal with over the last week. They were professional and very well prepared for the job at hand. No question was too silly and their communication was amazing! Would highly recommend Tom and his crew for any plumbing job in the future - big or small!
