I called at 8am. By 11am it was fixed and done. I was really impressed. Liam handled the phone and business, while Darcy came to fix my bathroom sink taps. Very polite and explaining the steps & materials needed to get it dome. I can highly recommend. PAL
Liam was very responsive during my initial after hours call, was upfront about costings and provided great advice on likely causes of the issue. On arrival, Brock also continued the theme of great advice, including the likelihood of success in continuing to jet old disbursement lines after initial attempts only provided limited results.
Great experience with LTR Plumbing. Lauren was really helpful when it came to managing my online booking. Clear communication about the appointment including a helpful text to let me know when Harry was on the way (so I wasn’t waiting around all day!) Harry was great to deal with and sorted out our issue quick smart. The process around the fees, invoice and payment side of things was really good too - no unexpected costs. Will 100% use again.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Brock did a terrific job replacing our dead HWS. Polite, courteous and smart. Installed unit in a much better location than old HWS. Cleaned up after install and removed all rubbish including old HWS. Really got us out of a tight spot after having no hot water for 3 days. Thanks Liam and team 👍
LTR were great! Megan on reception was great at organizing the booking, able to get an appointment quite quickly! We then had Harry and Caleb attend our property to install and gas cooktop and oven they did such a good job! Looks unreal. Very efficient! Would highly recommend LTR plumbing in th future.
