Kade from Rowe Plumbing was amazing. We could smell gas from our kitchen oven/stovetop and it was pretty stressful. We contacted two other plumbers who said they couldn’t come for weeks, but Kade was able to come the same day, even after hours. There ended up being a gas leak, which was really scary, but he fixed it on the spot. Super grateful for how quickly he came out and sorted it. Would definitely recommend Rowe Plumbing.

Was lied to about hot water rebates and had emails left unanswered. Only wanted to speak across the phone assuming so there wasn’t a paper trail. After my experience 14 months ago I moved on and accepted the lost money, but today I’ve an issue I need fixed with the new hot water unit and would warn others about these guys, they are the sort to take advantage of you.

We had a new heat pump hot water system installed 2 years ago through Rowe plumbing. It stopped working due to a faulty part this week and after a quick phone call to Kade, he had contacted the supplier and we had a 24 hour turnaround from it not working to being fixed under warranty. Kade went above and beyond to follow up, check in and ensure we had hot water working again ASAP. Highly recommend this company for their work but also their high level of customer service provided.

Kade came to the rescue with replacing our old and worn out taps, he did a great job and he was on time and went above and beyond making sure they suited our house. Highly recommended 👍
