O'Brien Plumbing & HVAC Bendigo

Hot water systems, heating and cooling, and everyday plumbing faults form the backbone of the work described for this Bendigo company. A recurring theme across accounts is speed of response, with one household reporting a failed hot water unit swapped out the same day and another receiving an after-hours visit within the hour over the Christmas period. Customers often highlight that leaks were traced and repaired without fuss, while wet insulation removal and a toilet cistern repair appear among the tasks completed.

Chris is singled out for his knowledge during a make-safe and an air conditioning fix, Marty for walking a household through the necessary work and photographing the result, and Sam with his team for the standard of their finish. Respect for the property is mentioned frequently, including tradespeople removing their shoes before stepping inside and leaving no mess. Clear explanations before and during the job, friendly exchanges, and value for money are described again and again, along with the sense that the outfit can be relied on for both planned and emergency calls.

Recently had this company attend property for split air con quote. They attended site. Despite follow up requests never received a quote. Told sent off to "estimators". Ridiculous for 8k job. Had alternative fantastic company do the job very quickly. Avoid this company for air conditioning at all costs. General plumbing perhaps they ok.

Thank you O'Brien's Plumbing Bendigo For your prompted and professional service to sort out sink issues. Thank you marty for your great service. Cheers

They made my day, came promptly, fixed my problem, left no mess, outstanding customer service.

We had a house full of family and a toilet cistern leak on the Sunday after Christmas. We have used O'Brien for electrical and HVAC work before, and called on them for an after hours call out. A technician arrived within the hour and quickly fixed the leak. We were very happy with their service and response. Would continue to highly recommend this Company for services they offer.
