Recently had this company attend property for split air con quote. They attended site. Despite follow up requests never received a quote. Told sent off to "estimators". Ridiculous for 8k job. Had alternative fantastic company do the job very quickly. Avoid this company for air conditioning at all costs. General plumbing perhaps they ok.

They made my day, came promptly, fixed my problem, left no mess, outstanding customer service.

We had a house full of family and a toilet cistern leak on the Sunday after Christmas. We have used O'Brien for electrical and HVAC work before, and called on them for an after hours call out. A technician arrived within the hour and quickly fixed the leak. We were very happy with their service and response. Would continue to highly recommend this Company for services they offer.
