Pipe Doctor Australia

Drainage faults and blocked pipes dominate the feedback for this Bendigo plumbing business, and the way the team handles them is what customers return to. Technicians are described as arriving on schedule and getting straight to work, with camera equipment and a water jet used to trace and clear sewer lines. Cory and Francis are named for relining a sewage pipe at a customer's mother's property, both said to be friendly and professional and to have gone beyond what was asked.

Andrew is credited with locating and clearing a blockage in about an hour, at a cost the customer regarded as efficient. Ben is remembered for persistence in tracking down a stubborn drainage problem, while Josh is thanked for finding and repairing a fault soon after an easy booking.

Reviewers repeatedly mention that the bill was reduced when the plumbing turned out not to be the cause, and that tree roots and poorly connected joints in stormwater and sewer pipes were dealt with. Phone bookings are described as simple and pleasant, and the same-day response to inspection requests is praised. Explaining the work patiently and dealing honestly with people is a point that comes up often, as is the efficient way each job is finished.
