Bendigo and District Plumbing Services

Households around Bendigo call this plumbing business for blocked drains, leaks, general upkeep and hot water service work, and the accounts that follow those jobs tell a consistent story. Heath is the name that appears most, described as honest and dependable, someone who turns up as promised and gets back to people who ring him. A theme running through the feedback is the way choices and their costs are set out in advance, with comparisons offered, so households know what a repair involves before any work begins.

Reviewers repeatedly note that tasks are completed quickly and without later trouble, whether the visit was for a routine matter or an urgent failure, and that the home is treated with care while he is on site. Clear discussion of the job, fast replies and the ability to reach awkward spots are singled out, along with a friendly manner from the first conversation to the final check. A repeat client who has called on the service across several years mentions hot water systems alongside everyday plumbing, and drainage problems sit at the centre of much of the work described, with the same praise surfacing time after time.

I don't know what sort of plumber the person was that visited. I had arranged for a plumber to call in when they could to see if they could help with a problem. After a 5 minute look at water in my carport I was informed they couldn't help and I was charged a $100 call out fee which was not mentioned beforehand. So While the person seemed nice I think the business should inform people it charges call out fees or a quote fee. I have personally never had this fee in the past with any other trade person. As a pensioner this was quite a shock.

I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and was so grateful that Heath came out quickly. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. It’s rare to find such reliable service, especially on a weekend! Highly recommend for anyone needing a trustworthy and efficient plumber.

Highly recommend!! Heath is professional, great service and is very helpful with discussing options and costs involved. Shows up on time and have to mention the hilarious slogans on his shirts.

A prompt, professional outfit. Arrived on time, unbelievable same day service for a plumbing emergency between Easter & Anzac Day. I highly recommend Heath for any of your plumbing needs...

Best plumber, highly recommended. Always friendly, a great communicator. Let's you know before what options are available, and a cost comparison. Somehow manages to squeeze into the tightest spaces to get the job done. Thanks Heath, you really are my favourite. Cath

I could not recommend BDP enough. Heath has remediated all the poor-quality work from previous plumbers in my house. On time, organised, great communication and leaves the sight immaculate.
