Called them on the Thursday for a job that needed to be done asap, paid the call out fee just for them to cancel first thing next morning asked for a refund which they said they done. It’s been about 6 days no money back and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone from there for like 2 to 3 days. I get put on hold for like 20 to 30 minutes

The only good thing I can say us they turned up when they said they would to look at a roof leak. There was no look. The plumber Didn't even go onto the roof, said it would be $800 to do the investigation. That didn't include the cost to fix. Plus a compliance cost of $59, which I assume was filling a a standard form After asking him to leave I got a real plumber in. He got straight up on the roof, said there were a couple of loose screws and some old silicone that needed replacement, which he fixed right away. Make your own decision but I would not use them ever again.

Thanks to their efficiency and personable service, our kitchen is now more functional, and we're deeply appreciative of their service

The burst pipes resulted in water damage but it could have gone worse if After Hours Plumbing was not responsive to our distress call.

The assessment this team did was as clear as a croc-free swimming hole, showing me exactly where the last bloke had bungled things. They put in the hard work to redo the job, making sure every pipe was as straight as a didgeridoo. Now, my sewer flows smoother than a ripper surf break.

I can really tell the dedication of After Hours technicians when I saw them patiently digging to access the problem area. The drain excavation was a success and I'm satisfied with the results!
