After Hours Plumbing Bendigo

Bendigo residents regularly call on After Hours Plumbing for urgent plumbing and gas work, and the feedback highlights a team that turns up and gets the job done. Customers in several reviews describe the technicians as professional and thorough, with Callum, Ronnie, Dave, David Watson and Nick all named for their clear explanations and willingness to talk through the problem at hand.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the effort made on larger jobs: one water heater installation that grew into a much bigger project was completed to a standard the customer considered far above expectations, and a sewer line that had been left in a tangle by a previous tradesperson was assessed and redone properly. The speed of response to burst pipes and the reassurance provided during a stressful situation are mentioned repeatedly, as is the practical advice given on site.

Reviewers note the friendly, down-to-earth manner of the staff, their patience in explaining each step, and the tidiness of the finished work. Kitchen plumbing that improved how the space functions, toilet repairs and combined plumbing and gas tasks all feature in the accounts, along with referrals to family and friends after the work was finished.

Called them on the Thursday for a job that needed to be done asap, paid the call out fee just for them to cancel first thing next morning asked for a refund which they said they done. It’s been about 6 days no money back and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone from there for like 2 to 3 days. I get put on hold for like 20 to 30 minutes

The only good thing I can say us they turned up when they said they would to look at a roof leak. There was no look. The plumber Didn't even go onto the roof, said it would be $800 to do the investigation. That didn't include the cost to fix. Plus a compliance cost of $59, which I assume was filling a a standard form After asking him to leave I got a real plumber in. He got straight up on the roof, said there were a couple of loose screws and some old silicone that needed replacement, which he fixed right away. Make your own decision but I would not use them ever again.

Thanks to their efficiency and personable service, our kitchen is now more functional, and we're deeply appreciative of their service

The burst pipes resulted in water damage but it could have gone worse if After Hours Plumbing was not responsive to our distress call.

These plumbing legends from After Hours Plumbing have my back! The last mob who tackled my sewer line installation and repair left me in deep water. They dug trenches like they were searching for buried treasure and left pipes looking like a spaghetti tangle. The assessment this team did was as clear as a croc-free swimming hole, showing me exactly where the last bloke had bungled things. They put in the hard work to redo the job, making sure every pipe was as straight as a didgeridoo. Now, my sewer flows smoother than a ripper surf break.

I can really tell the dedication of After Hours technicians when I saw them patiently digging to access the problem area. The drain excavation was a success and I'm satisfied with the results!
