Blueline Plumbing & Gas

Gasfitting and general plumbing work across Canberra draws consistent praise for Blueline Plumbing & Gas, with hot water systems, stormwater and drainage, rainwater and sump pumps, gas heating, and leaking or corroded pipework among the jobs described. A point that comes up often is the quality of the finished result, whether that involves replacing old pumps in a deep stormwater pit, clearing blocked pipes with a camera inspection, or swapping out hard-soldered copper lines.

Customers repeatedly mention punctuality and clear communication, including text updates before arrival and follow-up after the work is complete, alongside fair pricing that several reviewers contrast with larger operators.

Named team members feature prominently: Sam is credited with thorough assessments and calm handling of difficult jobs, even suggesting a warranty check that saved a customer the cost of a new unit; Ashton and Jack are described as friendly, informative and willing to explain the pros and cons of a gas heating system; and Lydia, on the phones, is called helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Tidiness and care around the property also surface, as does the willingness to talk through options before any decision is made, with several accounts noting that questions were answered patiently throughout.

We called in Blueline Plumbing Canberra to assess and provide a comparison quote for a defunct hot water heater. The quality and efficiency of their service was first class - from the initial phone call to the speedy arrival of tradesperson Sam. Sam provided a very reasonable quote for the work but suggested that we contact the manufacturer to check the warranty on the existing unit. We did that and were so grateful to Sam as it was covered under warranty and would be replaced at no charge. After this very pleasant experience Blueline will be our go to plumbers.

Today, Sam and Ashton from Blueline Plumbing and Gas came to replace an old pump installation in my backyard. I have a very deep stormwater pit which contains two sump pumps. They removed the old pumps, cleaned the pit, installed the new pumps with pressure pipework discharging into an existing stormwater point under the house and commissioned the system. At all times, they worked well as a team. They were careful and happy to answer my questions, especially about the discharge safety valve which the system had not previously had. I am delighted with the result. It looks neat and professional and I have every confidence that the system will work well. I thoroughly recommend Blueline Plumbing for professional and good quality workmanship.

Prices were far cheaper than a much larger competitor, especially the call out fee. On top of that, Jack was very friendly, helpful and was happy to explain the various pros and cons of our gas heating system. Very glad we chose Blueline Plumbing and Gas and I will certainly be calling on them again if we have other issues with plumbing or gas. Thank you Jack!

We had Blueline replace our shower head and check for any leaks before a regrouting job. Excellent communication, fast and friendly service. The plumber was on time. Highly recommend and would have them back if needed in the future!

Fantastic experience! Blueline Plumbing kept me informed about timing, identified the problem and fixed it quickly, while providing information and detailed pictures to prevent reoccurrence. Highly recommended.

I had been trying to contact a plumber for a week without success. A friend recommended Blueline and they contacted me within 24 hours of filling out the enquiry form online. The job ended up being challenging for the plumber Sam but he handled the situation with professionalism and calmness. The communication, follow up and care shown by this business was nothing short of outstanding. I have since referred friends and will continue to do so knowing they are in safe, caring and professional hands.
