Cale Plumbing

Households in the middle of bathroom renovations form the core of the work described, and accounts gathered around Cale Plumbing return repeatedly to how smoothly those projects were managed. Josh is named often, with customers highlighting his reliability, his habit of returning calls, and the ease of dealing with him from the first quote through to completion. Several reviewers describe how his design suggestions and careful attention to detail lifted the finished result, and how he coordinated his own tiler, carpenter and painter so that the various trades worked together without friction.

Beyond full renovations, the team is credited with replacing kitchen taps and toilet cisterns, repairing pipework and attending to a failed hot water unit; in one case a suspected heater fault turned out to be a water pressure problem that was diagnosed and corrected on the spot. Efficiency and responsiveness recur as themes, as does pricing that customers judge fair rather than inflated. The standard of workmanship and the approachable manner of those on site are noted time and again, and repeat engagements suggest a business that residents return to for subsequent jobs.

Good, honest, well run business. Isn't over the top with prices compared to some.

Best plumbing company in Albury hands down. They will fix your problem and look after you and also very nice people to deal with. Very responsible and reliable. Thank you team!

Had josh come out to my place for a quote on a hot water heater the hot water heater was not the problem he found the problem was the water pressure which he fixed straight away would recommend every time.

We've had Josh and his team come out a few times now and they've always been great in communication and efficient in their work. Can't recommend them enough!

Was completely misled about what would be done, told they would have the tiles looking great. They look exactly the same! Was provided with a discount for the "miscommunication", but I still paid almost $200 for them to put some silicone on the edge of my tiles (over mould, so I will have to remove it). I could have just done it myself. Am now about to do the job they should have. Wish I never engaged them. A complete waste of time and money, I am very dissatisfied. They told me at the end when I complained that they didn't do the work I was requesting. For some reason they failed to mention that when giving me the initial quote...

Had kitchen tap replaced and 2 toilet cisterns replaced and Josh and his team turned up on time and fixed issues without any issues. Highly recommend and to pricing for the work was extremely reasonable!! Thanks for a job well done for 👍👍
