Tonkin Group Albury Wodonga

Installation work features heavily in the accounts left for this Albury Wodonga plumbing and trades team, with new air-conditioning units, a three-in-one bathroom heater and kitchen renovation plumbing among the jobs described. A recurring theme across the feedback is the professionalism and friendliness of the tradespeople sent, several of whom are named in the testimonials, including Cam, Kasey, Oscar, Aidan, Connor, Alex and George, alongside the crew who fitted the split systems.

Reviewers often mention technicians who explain each stage clearly, offer multiple options to suit differing budgets and give honest guidance without any pressure to choose one path over another. Prompt arrival and quick completion are noted again and again, whether the task involves a leaking pipe concealed behind a wall, gas and electrical checks, split system servicing at a winery or roof plumbing and electrical work during a renovation.

Tidiness after the work is another point that comes up often, with sites left neat and clean once the job wraps up. When an unexpected flood affected a bathroom and studio, the crew responded swiftly and brought the situation under control without fuss. Advice following a home safety inspection, along with the plan options that came out of it, gave one customer clear direction for future jobs and confidence in the decisions made.

Bryce came out and did a fantastic job He explained everything that needed to be done clearly and so I could understand. Very Polite and respectful Even took his shoes off before coming into the house. 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing/ electrical work .

Aidan came out to service and clean our split systems at the winery. He was professional, helpful and polite. He gave us excellent advice and was flexible around our budget and timing constraints. We would highly recommend!

We had issues with our hot water system and Oscar was able to determine the issue almost immediately. He was very thorough at explaining our options and organised to have it replaced the same day. Oscar was very patient with some technical issues that occurred. We have used Tonkin a few times and they have always been reliable and dependable.

I cannot be more grateful for such wonderful service! A courtesy call this morning and I was talked through all my options before job started. Jake did an amazing job and gave me a quote for a new hot water system! Highly recommend!

Cam from Tonkin Plumbing was amazing! He was efficient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave us multiple options to suit different budgets, so we felt informed and confident in our decision. There was never any pressure—just honest advice and excellent service. Our Labrador, Brown, was also convinced Cam was the best visitor we’ve ever had, so that’s another five-star review! 😄 We highly recommend Cam and Tonkin Plumbing and will definitely be using them again.
