I own a restaurant with a 12 burner grill, I called Ian about a service for the grill and he promptly responded to book a time. He showed on time and serviced the 12 injectors and burners, changed one thermocouple in a few hours and charged me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Cats Plumbing and Gas service in the future and will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone requiring gas plumbing services. Thanks for a great job done, the grill is cooking about 60% hotter than before the service.

After being told by a previous tradesman that our ducted heater needed replacing I reached out to Ian to see if he could come and have a look it. Ian did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and repairing our ducted heater in a very quick turnaround time. He really demonstrated his excellent product knowledge and made sure the correct part was replaced and tested. Highly recommend.

I contacted Ian because our gas wall furnace did not pass a safety check. He was able to help us out with replacing it with a fan assisted flue that is now compliant with the new vba requirements. He was very professional, prompt and provided a great service. I can highly recommend this company and would be more than happy to use him again

From the time that Ian answered my first call, through to when we shook hands after the installation had been completed, my experience with Cats was definitely 5 star. Everything about it. Ian is a really nice guy who truly cares for his customers. He's easy to connect with, he most certainly knows his stuff, the quality of his work is outstanding, and his pricing is competitive. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Ian and his company (Cats) and I'm happy to recommend his services to others. He'll be top of my list for the next time something related to a/c or plumbing has to be installed or attended to. And I'll look forward to experiencing Ian's good cheer again.

Highly recommended Ian. Basically I live in south east and my rental needed evap cooler fixed. Bon Aire quoted me $875. Rang Ian who lived in Geelong to see if I could get a better deal. Ian had the option to really take me to the cleaners and come in at say $500-600 which was a lot cheaper. This is why Ian has my recommendation. Looked at the job and quoted me just $250 to complete the job. Very hard to find trades with integrity and honesty these days so I was very grateful I found Ian. Thank you mate I appreciate all your efforts despite a few hiccups along the way.
