Charlie the plumber are professional and smart and most of all kind and listen. As an Tenant and Agent use CHARLIE THE PLUMBER! FORGET THE REST! ABOVE AND BEYOND THAN ANY OTHER PLUMBER. EXAMPLES CHRISTMAS DAY HAD an overflow he wasn't happy and I'm with my family. Etc.. I was thinking well don't put yourself down for emergencies and whinge to the tenant that's an example of a situation. These guys would come at 1am if needed. Keep rhe good work up. Highly recommend Charlie the Plumber! From the very first point of contact, the team listened to my needs and attended the job promptly. They did a fantastic job installing a new water heater system. Shortly after, they helped me resolve a tricky water leak in my bathroom. They went above and beyond by outsourcing the required part and getting it installed in a remarkably short amount of time. Excellent, fast, and professional service all around!

Super professional team, love that they're family owned and operated. Most plumbers of this size the directors are in the office or on the beach, but the owners at CTP still get on the tools to meet with clients and ensure things are done right. Admin team are lovely to deal with!
Had a great experience with Christian from Charlie the Plumber! My toilet had completely stopped flushing, and he arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue straight away, and had it fixed in no time. Friendly, professional, and really efficient. Highly recommend their services!
Dan from Charlie The Plumber was professional, polite and did an excellent job. He managed to remove our difficult sinks without causing any damage to our bench tops, fixed some leaks as well as an issue we had with a toilet seat (not rectified by a different plumber). Great service and happy to recommend them to others.
