Crystal Clear Plumbing & Roofing

Crystal Clear Plumbing & Roofing earns consistent praise from customers in the Wollongong area, with Jack named repeatedly for his capability and thoroughness. Accounts describe a wide spread of work, from replacing gutters and downpipes on a double-storey property to moving copper lines, fitting a toilet, connecting a dishwasher and installing a bidet in a tight space. Something that features in review after review is the way jobs are quoted without fuss, started when promised and explained clearly before any pipe is touched, whether the project is a full bathroom renovation, an ensuite upgrade or a kitchen refit.

Reviewers also value the expertise brought to problem solving, particularly during an emergency water leak handled with speed and composure. Site tidiness after completion is remarked upon regularly, and courteous manners together with sensible pricing appear throughout the feedback. Several customers mention passing Jack's details to friends and neighbours, and some have used him across multiple projects over an extended period. Drainage work, gas fitting, hot water systems and roofing repairs round out the services described. Roof leak repairs and renovation plumbing sit at the centre of the commendation, with kitchen and bathroom fit-outs featuring prominently among the accounts.

Jack at Crystal Clear Plumbing is great to work with. Totally recommend and will use again. Nice bloke, and clear info about everything. Had some minor roof/leak issues that he sorted real easy for me.

Professional, polite and very knowledgeable in his trade-a great problem solver working under challenging conditions-thanks again Jack with the tricky installation of our new bidet.

Fantastic service from Crystal Clear Plumbing. Jack handled our new plumbing build and toilet installation with total expertise. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and consistently reliable from start to finish.

Jack did an amazing job with the plumbing works for our kitchen renovation. Copper braising, installing new pipes and fittings, and connecting our new dishwasher, all went smoothly. Great quality work, for a very reasonable price.

Prompt professional and friendly service with great communication throughout. Will definitely be using Jack again.

I have had two jobs done by Jack from Crystal Clear Plumbing. The first was to replace the guttering and downpipes on a two storey house and the second was to relocate copper pipes to a better position. I was very impressed with the work done. The site was cleaned after completion of both jobs. I would have no hesitation recommending Crystal Clear plumbing. Jack is very capable and thorough.

Highly recommend Jack from Crystal Clear Plumbing and Roofing. He recently completed a job installing ag pipe to divert water away from under the house, and the result was excellent. Jack was professional throughout, explained everything clearly, and took great care with the work. Very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out in future!
