The Clean Plumber Wollongong - 40+ Years in Business

Wollongong customers describe a plumbing operation covering a wide scope of work, including blocked drains, drainage inspections, whole-house water filtration, pool pump plumbing, and the fitting of laundry, bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Punctuality and efficiency surface as a common thread, with several reviewers remarking that jobs were finished promptly and with minimal disruption. Transparent pricing also appears frequently, as customers note being quoted costs upfront and finding those figures competitive against other estimates they had sought. Communication is consistently highlighted, with clients describing being kept informed across the duration of jobs, including updates on arrival windows.

Named tradespeople such as Jayden, Billy, Nick, Isaac, Harry, Jamie and Kevin attract praise for their professionalism, approachability and readiness to explain procedures and reasoning. Tidiness is a further point that comes up often, with one account noting the work area was left clean after completion. On a job where a previously fitted water filter leaked severely, the return visit to obtain a replacement component and correct the fault was described as meticulous and clearly explained, converting a problem into a positive outcome. The finishing standard on installations and drainage work draws repeated commendation.

We had our hot water system replaced. Joseph was absolutely amazing in taking the old one away and installing the new one. He explained all the changes and let me know we would have hot water in a few hours. We would recommend and use this company again!

We had a blocked drain. They were up front about the price before starting and very reasonably priced. Isaac was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.
